Client Authorization

Xocipher never touches an account or device without your written authorization. This form is that record. It confirms what is in scope, that you are authorized to permit the work, and your consent under the GDPR. It applies alongside the Terms of Service, the Services Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. A countersigned copy is returned to you before work begins.

Authorization is limited to what you list. Xocipher will act only on the specific accounts, devices, and profiles you identify as in scope, and only to perform the agreed Service. Anything not listed is not touched.

I own, or am legally authorized to control, everything I listed as in scope, and I am not asking Xocipher to access anything belonging to another person without that person's documented authorization.

I authorize Xocipher to access, configure, and modify the in-scope items solely to perform the agreed Service.

I have made my own backups and understand that migrations, hardening, and configuration changes carry an inherent risk of disruption or data loss.

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Services Agreement, and Privacy Policy, and I consent to the processing of my personal data as described there.

I request that the Service begin now, before my 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I understand that once it is fully performed I lose the right of withdrawal (consumers only).
